I. General
Will drawHuman, animals, kemonomimi, mild gore, blood, semi-realism, fanart, OCs, and custom design characters.Will not drawAnthro, mecha, NSFW, heavy gore, realism, and anything that contains hate speech.I have the right to decline your request if I don’t feel comfortable doing it. I’m not obligated to explain why.
Working Process
First, you must send me your complete reference of your character, such as outfit, appearances, pose, color palettes, etc. Please send me the image, or if you don’t have the character’s appearance reference, you can explain it in detail with their description.
After the reference has been sent, I will work on your sketch. During the sketch process, you can ask me for 4 revisions.
Once you confirm the sketch, I will work on the next step after you have fully paid the commission.
You can’t ask for a refund after you confirm the sketch.
After the base color is confirmed, I will work on your commission for at least 1-4 weeks. It depends on how many orders are on the list. First come, first served.
If you want to know about the progress, you can ask for WIPs from me and i will show you the progress so far. Usually, i will update the progress to you frequently.
After the rendering process is over, you can ask me to do minor changes 2 times. (No major changes).
I will send the commission via email or social media.
II. Copyright
Me, the artist, has the copyright for all the art i have made. I will use them as my portfolio, post it on my social media, and self-promotion. If you want to keep the art as a secret, please tell me.
I will credit you as the commissioner. You have the right as the owner of your original character.
You can’t claim the artwork like it's made by you.
Do not edit the watermark and the artwork.
Do not use the artwork as AI image.
You don’t have the right to use the artwork for blockchain-related technologies.
III. Personal and Commercial Uses
Commercial use will be charged 2 times the base price.
For personal use, you can use it as a profile picture, wallpaper, banner, or poster.
Do not make a mass production and distribution of the artwork without a commercial use agreement with me.
Don’t forget to give me attribution by mentioning my name, Yume Risa, and my art Instagram.
IV. Payment and Refund
Payment is 100% upfront through PayPal (US dollar) for non-Indonesians. DANA, GoPay, OVO, or Bank BNI (Indonesian Rupiah) for Indonesian.
Reminder, no refund after the sketch, and if I decide to cancel the order by myself, I will give you a full refund.
If you fail to follow any of these terms, you will get blacklisted.
